Morii Cafe

Coffee cupping is a process often done in high-traffic cafes and as a way to grade specialty coffee. It is a very mindful tasting of coffee that fully develops all of the flavors and aromas of the bean and allows the taster to try multiple coffee at once with a very simple brew process. For this project, we will look at how we can simplify this process while preserving or enhancing this special and mindful experience.
